Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for Sales officers to support the business growth strategy of the organization.
Main Accountabilities
- To support the organization by supporting the business growth strategy through acquiring new retail customers and drive sales
- Understand products and make recommendations to customers
- Seek and use customer feedback to identify areas of improvements
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales to existing customers
- To meet business related targets that have been set
- Manage campaigns on social media
- Work with the marketing team
Role Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any numerate course of study
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales function with proven and analytical and selling skills
- Able to use Microsoft office software
- Able to display good listening, writing and speaking skills
- Willing to take up additional tasks as may be required
- Must be persuasive
Salary
N30,000 to N40,000 base pay (+ commission)
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Virgin Industries, a beauty and cosmetic firm is expanding its business operations and is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the business growth strategy of the organization.
- The role holder will be tasked with generating revenue by increasing visibility and sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, partnerships, affiliates and advertising.
Main Accountabilities
- To support the organization by developing the business growth strategy through acquiring new corporate and retail partners
- Carry out market study and develop the marketing strategy and proposal for business expansion
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Drive campaigns on social media
- Uses strong networking capabilities and skills in driving campaigns
- Regular assessment of competitors
- To meet business related targets that have been set
- Supervise the sales officers and Marketing leads
Role Requirements
- Minimum of HND in any numerate course of study
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing function with proven analytical and leadership skills
- Able to use Microsoft office software

- Must have strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly base pay (+ commission)
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an administrative officer to support the provision of secretarial, administrative and logistics support to the organization.
Main Accountabilities
- To support the organization by effective and efficient secretariat services
- Administration of leave for staff
- Daily supervision of the attendance register
- Filing of all staff documents, record and paperwork
- Work with the account unit in processing salaries and other payroll activities
- Ensure the maintenance of office equipment, furniture and fittings
Role Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any course of study
- Minimum of one year experience in an admin function with proven and demonstrable interpersonal skills
- Able to use Microsoft office software
- Able to display good listening, writing and speaking skills
- Willing to take up additional tasks as may be required
Salary
N30,000 – N40,000 monthly.
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lago
Job Description
- We are looking for an Accountant with numerical and analytical skills to support the delivery of its financial and business processes.
Main Accountabilities
- To capture revenue with the correct details on excel.
- Ensure there are no wrong posting of revenue.
- Take cash received to the bank and maintaining good working relationship with the bank officials
- To ensure transactions have been completely, accurately and appropriately processed timely and accurately.
- To assist sales department in receiving cash and processing efficiently.
- Provide periodical financial information and clarification (if required) to management
- Provide first level assurance on income reconciliation after conclusion by sales/marketing team
- Escalate any issue impacting timely income reconciliation.
- Contribute to accurate financial information
- Participate in the preparation for internal audit and tax audit exercises; ensuring that all relevant files and documents are in place for the smooth running of these audits.
- Maintain financial records in agreed areas of responsibility and update relevant financial documents on a monthly basis.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any numerate course of study
- Minimum of one year experience in an accounting environment with proven and demonstrable accounting skills
- Able to use Microsoft office software
- Able to display good listening, writing and speaking skills
- Must be accountable and have a high level of integrity
- Willing to take up additional tasks as may be required
Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 monthly.
