Job Title: Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive online orders and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Create a content calendar
  • Create content and stories around the content provided using research available online
  • Post pictures with captivating captions
  • Write stories for blog posts, etc
  • Post approved stories on the web, Linkedln, Twitter, Instagram, etc
  • Any additional task.

 

Job Title: Fashion Production Supervisor (Quality Control)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Field: Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

  • Scrutinize the sketch/designs
  • Liaise with customer service to go through customers
  • Create market lists for designs that have been paid for
  • Approve procurement/market list for funding and procurement.
  • Assign designs to tailors in a task sheet
  • Supervise each task sheet daily and ensure all process for production are agreed based on tailors price list.
  • Document all challenges and comments for each outfit produced by each tailor in the task sheet.
  • Send report of daily production
  • Confirm that measurements taken in the store/received online meet the criteria stated in the measurement description table.
  • Request for new measurements where the measurement do not meet the criteria.
  • Record daily stock used in the factory.
  • Confirm that client’s measurement matches the dress produced.
  • Confirm that client’s design /sketch matches production output.

Requirements

  • Must live within the lekki axis
  • Qualification: BA / BSc / HND.

Remuneration
N60,000 – N80,000 / month.

 

Job Title: Factory Operations Manager (Fashion)

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire an experienced candidate to supervise the production team and ensure that production targets are met.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise all day-to-day activities of the factory
  • Production meetings, production activities, worker schedules,
  • Delegate tasks to the appropriate team members
  • Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timescales with clients
  • Prepare budgets for production
  • Prepare and receive daily, weekly, monthly reports.
  • Ensure that all production orders are completed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Assess resource requirements and ensure accurate procurement of production supplies
  • Regularly inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity
  • Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues
  • Motivate the team members to continually achieve production targets
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Work with the quality control team to establish and execute quality control processes
  • Work with the Creative Director to reduce production costs
  • Ensure those manufacturing policies, procedures and standards are followed daily
  • Work with Creative Director to organize relevant training sessions for the production team
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies in factory operations
  • Prepare production reports and submit to the Creative Director
  • Screen, recruit and train new factory workers
  • Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Stay abreast with latest production management best practices and concepts
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are met.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a factory
  • Knowledge of manufacturing best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
