Qualifications
- Minimum B.ENG or BSc Engineering / related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience (with 2 years in a managerial role) in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Oil and Gas experience across several services (Drilling Fluids, Solids Control, Filtration, Production Chemistry, Wellbore Clean Up, Lower Completions) will be an advantage.

Job Title: Country / Business Development Manager
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Responsible for effectively managing the GroupТs Sales, Operations, and Technical functions to ensure best practices are followed, cost is controlled and maximize revenue generation while contributing GroupТs Operating profit.
- Responsible for developing, managing & mentoring the team performance in achievement of set goals.
- iaise with Regulatory Authorities and top-level clientele to ensure continuity of business
Responsibilities
- Create, control & implement Departmental Budgets
- Oversees product / service development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services
- Decides plans to develop new products / service and processes
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Monitor & Keep up to data on market trends and competitor intelligence report, analyse the impact on Librod products/services and develop appropriate response strategies to protect and enhance our market position.
- Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company.
- Provide leadership and Manage/supervise Group Staff
- Instruct, train, mentor, manage and evaluate the team
- Monitor negotiation process to ensure that contracts are secured
- Provide detailed report, statistics, status of pending contract to the Management on Monthly performance -both personal targets and sales team performance
- Maintain cordial business relationship with our partners
- Identify and acquire new key clients
