Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Customer Strategy and Business Plan
- Ensure daily calls of 15 outlets (10 retail and 5 wholesale)
- Ensure visibility and distribution of McDowells brands in called on outlets
- Report market intelligence from outlets to his ASM
- Management of KD sales team to achieve volume and distribution targets
- Train and motivate KD sales team
- Act as active ambassador of Guinness at the customer level
Specifications
- Minimum qualification of OND with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales managing Key distributors in the open market.
- Good communication Skills-written and verbal

Job Title: DMS Operator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure all DMS tools are in good working condition daily
- Attend morning meetings to review DMS issues / opportunities with the team
- Ensure all stock receipts are accurately captured in the System
- Allocates stock to all SFA report and reconciles with the warehouse Manager
- Note stock variances at SKU level and sends report reasons to GN Team
- Ensure sales to Walk-in customers are entered individually into the system
- Conducts End of Day stock reconciliations in the System for all SFA mobile users
Specifications
- OND holder (Minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good understanding of basic stock management principles-layout / palletizing
- Ability to manage people at Sales Repslevel

Job Title: Key Accounts Merchandiser
Location: Lagos
Key Accountabilities
- Accelerate Key Account Sales Out-Accelerate key pop effectivess to floor competition improve sales of all Guinness brands in assigned outlets by 40% on previous record.
- Availability of Brands in key Outlets-Ensure OOS in top stores at 0% level
- Ensure high visibility at magnitude minimum phasing per SKU is 3.
- Effective Reporting
- Timely Schedule of sales reports
- Top outlet review-inventory report, weekly competitive report, and Monthly sales projection.
Requirements

Job Title: Van Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure all brands / SKUs are loaded on truck daily before trucking out
- Ensure priority brands are listed and available in the right quantity in all outlets, while ensuring no out of stock situation OOS for other SKU.
- Sell all brands and SKUs to all customers without discrimination and achieve his volume target
- To go to trade with all required selling tools.
- To merchandise all products while selling in all outlets.
- To always sell within assigned selling route/territory daily with no criss-crossing
- Effectively execute outlet activation standards in all assigned outlets.
- Order delivery
- Use Sales device in every call
- Print a receipt via the sales device for every Productive call
- 100% reconciliation every day.
Specifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience and must have a valid driver’s license.
