Job Title: Monitoring Officer

Location: Edo

Job Description

• To ensure that staff, particularly operations staff diligently comply with the operational risk guidelines, policies and procedures to mitigate the company’s risk exposure. This is largely achieved by coordinating the activities in the branches.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor Portfolio At Risk in the branches across the Regions under his/her supervision
• Visit clients monthly to confirm that reconciliation of membership cards are done
• Review disbursement targets for the branch under his/her control and communicate shortfall
• Review the monthly reports of Branch Managers under his/her supervision
• Confirm that branch Managers diligently carry out their monitoring activities

Knowledge
