Job Title: POS Attendant / SIM Registration Agent

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• We need hardworking person that can work independently as a POS Attendant and also SIM registration agent who will manage one of our locations in Byazhin, Abuja.
• A SIM Registration Agent is a person charged with the responsibility of managing the entire process of registering subscribers in fulfillment of the directive of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)
• This is to ensure that the personal data of all New and Existing Subscribers are captured to help serve them better. While on the other hand as a POS attendant, you are charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day POS transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write
• Very Hardworking and can work under pressure
• Must be strong in service delivery with the ability to engage and manage individuals to achieve the daily SIM REG targets
• Must be based in Arab road or Locations very close to Byazhin.
• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of an SSCE
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage data capture personnel to operate the SIM REG Netbooks with minimal supervision after training
• Achieve daily targets
• Ensure that all data captured are uploaded onto the SIM REG server within 24 hours.
• Adhere to the code of conduct, practices, processes and procedures.
