A Real Estate & Property Development Company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement / Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Functions

  • General admin and procurement duties as directed by Project Manager/Director
  • Liaise with key company personnel to determine their product and service needs
  • Monitors business trends and products availability to obtain the best price for items and services without compromising quality or delivery times
  • Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing project goods or services while maintaining stock levels
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  • Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
  • Responsible for the procurement of products and services in the organization
  • Drafts and reviews procurement policies for management’s approval
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and current market pricing and document suppliers’ qualifications, delivery times and products.
  • Source and maintain list of interested suppliers/vendors and negotiates best deals for the company while maintaining good relations with them
  • Identify best and suitable products or services at lowest possible prices after reviewing and analysing all options

Qualifications

  • The suitable candidate for the position is expected to possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business administration, Accounting or related fields
  • 4+ years of post NYSC experience in procurement/Admin roles.

  • Be a People Person, fantastic at networking, possess skills like data gathering and analysis, Mathematics Skills, Negotiation and Financial Analysis Skills.
  • Possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Possess ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
