We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
  • Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
  • Diagnose breakdown problems
  • Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
  • Carry out quality inspections on jobs
  • Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
  • Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
  • Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs
  • Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
  • Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
  • Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven work experience as a Maintenance Engineer min 5 years.
  • Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems.
  • Ability to read system schematics.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
  • Good communication and training skills.

 

Job Title: ELV Technician

Location: Abuja

Requirement

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent – a requirement as a minimum.

Skills:

  • Strong field service skills with a proven, demonstrable track record of repairing and maintenance of the above ELV Systems and associated equipment.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete technical report documentation.
  • Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision under stringent deadlines and high pressure environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience and having good hands on installation and maintenance working experience on the following systems:
  • Fire Alarm System, Public Address, Access control, IP CCTV, MATV, Security systems, Security Gates, Central Battery System, Lighting control system and associated equipment.
  • In addition the experience with installation and maintenance Lighting and Power distribution will be advantageous.
  • Work experience in the above similar ELV systems typically for around 7 years.

 

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abuja

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
  • Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction, M&E.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
  • Great networking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing M&E plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Liaising with site/project managers, clients, consultants.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims
  • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
  • Value completed work and arrange payments
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
