Job Description

• Are you a leader with demonstrable team leadership skills and a track record of excellent performance and professionalism?
• Do you have a flair for selling and building relationships with Individuals and organisations?
• Do you have excellent persuasion and negotiations skills?
• Can you identify and follow-up new business opportunities?

Minimum Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline.
• Good report writing skills.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• 3-5 years sales/distribution and team leaderp experience in any field. FMCG, Banking and Telco experience will be desirable.

Scope of Responsibility

• Ideal candidates would be responsible for the management and development of Life Planners to achieve business targets through planning, olganising and managing the team.
