Job Title: Website & IT Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a smart, driven, and ambitious Website Manager on behalf of our client, a Fashion and Luxury Wears Company.
  • Website Managers are IT specialists who help organisations manage day-to-day administration of their website. They oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.
  • A Website Manager must have excellent knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Content Management System (CMS) and technology infrastructure using CSS, JavaScript, Firewalls, Web-proxy and others.
  • The Website Manager must be able to improve the User Experience (UX) of the organisationТs website.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, upgrade, and monitor the organisationТs website
  • Improve the User Experience of the website regularly
  • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the organisationТs website conforms to brand strategy and meets the standards set by the organisation
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Be informed with the current Fashion industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketer/Communications manager to develop strategies for growing subscriber base and web traffic
  • Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly
  • Ensure that the organisationТs website is protected by employing appropriate security measures
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency
  • Ensure full compliance of website with all laws and regulations

Qualification, Skills And Experience

  • 2 years minimum work experience as a Website Manager
  • Good knowledge of Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript etc
  • Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • A Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related field

 

Job Title: Digital Marketer / Communications Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The major functions of the Digital Marketer/Communications Manager include planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services, analysing metrics, and identifying trends, managing all social media accounts of the organisation and handling flow of information within the organisation.
  • The Digital Marketer/Communications Manager is expected to be savvy in all matters relating to digital media and communication. As a Digital Marketer, painting the organisation’s image by communicating accurate information that reflects the Organisation’s image falls within your scope this implies that content creation and management is key.

Duties And Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Digital Marketer/Communications Manager include, but are not limited to:

Digital Marketing:

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to develop and monitor campaign budget
  • Plan and manage social media platforms and maintain dashboards
  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, and advertising campaign
  • Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performances
  • Coordinate with media experts to improve marketing results
  • Work with the Website Manager to evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic and target audience
  • Identify trends and technologies affecting the Fashion Industry and make suggestions on how to maximise opportunities
  • Work to increase followership and engagement on all social media platforms
  • Oversee all digital projects
  • Monitor key online metrics to track success
  • Ensure that the brand message is clear and consistent
  • Understand the best practices of main social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset
  • Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction

Communication:

  • Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
  • Develop informative and creative press releases, newsletters and related marketing materials
  • Create and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as brand awareness
  • Prepare detailed media activity reports
  • Create communication strategies for new products, services, events and promotions
  • Must be very creative, resourceful and innovative
  • Write, edit and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, speeches and marketing material that communicates the organization activities and services.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing or advertising position
  • Must demonstrate and in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
  • Added certification/Course in Digital marketing or related areas.
  • Up-to-date on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Result-driven, proactive and goal-oriented.

 

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Graphic designers utilise visual concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas, inform, or captivate interest.
  • They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
  • The ability to combine art and technology is a vital skill a Graphics Designer must have; they may use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects. Graphic designers work with both text and images and often select the type, font, size, colour, and line length of headlines, headings, and text.
  • They also decide how images and text will go together on a print or webpage, including how much spacing should be included.

  • We are looking to hire a result-driven, vibrant, and ambitious Graphics Designer on behalf of our client, a Fashion and Luxury wears Company.

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message
  • Create a wide range of layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites
  • Advise on graphic strategies to reach a particular audience
  • Select colours, images, text style, and layout in line with organisationТs brand
  • Work with the Communications Manager to review designs for errors before printing or publishing
  • Coordinate with art designer, web designers, printers and colleagues as necessary
  • Discuss and agree with the Digital Team to discuss the scope of project/Campaign.
  • Create graphics for use in marketing materials and advertising campaigns and ensure the graphics complement the rest of the campaign.
  • Come up with a viable idea, also create sketches and project plans to help them stay on track and ensure the finished piece meets the specifications of the client or employer.
  • Ability to combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and text to suit the layout of websites and other socials.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Should have UI & UX skills
  • Excellent communication, technical skills
  • Active listening skills and good understanding of concept
  • Should be able to create Still and Motion Designs
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator etc
  • A strong eye for visual composition
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
