Job Title: Sales Agent

Description
- We are looking for Sales Agents to market our services to job seekers and hiring companies.
- In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and its dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
- Successful candidates will work remotely (work from home) and earn income on a commission basis.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads.
- Establish client base through cold calls, marketing, & direct networking.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company services.
- Maintaining client records.
Requirements
- HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Real Estate Listing Agent
Location: Nationwide
Job Description
- We are looking to hire Real Estate Listing Agents to join our team and add value to our business. Friendly, outgoing personalities are a must.
Job Descriptions
- Generate leads.
- Interview prospective clients.
- Schedule property listings.
- Respond to all leads in a timely fashion to build a strong client base.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well researched.
- Work with clients to stage and market properties that draw in buyers/renters and their real estate agents to quickly close deals.
- Coordinate with property inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections.
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listings to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
- Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Tech savvy
- Possesses a real estate licence.
Mode of Work & Remuneration
- Successful candidates will work remotely (work from home) and earn income on commission basis. The more listings you get, the more money you earn.
