We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Locations: Victoria Island, Ikeja – Lagos, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Onitsha – Anambra and Uyo – Akwa Ibom.
Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:
- Driving sales to ensure that teams in the branch meet their targets
- Managing and running the branch effectively
- Active contribution to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve stipulated and agreed targets
- Ensure full adherence to investment mandates and client profiles
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of client presentations when necessary
- Preparation of strategy reports and period-end portfolio review reports when required
- by the Head Office
- Other duties relating to the job role
Requirements/Qualification:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Finance, Marketing or related discipline
Abilities:
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work with initiative, autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Result oriented.
Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Victoria Island, Ikeja – Lagos, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Onitsha – Anambra, Uyo – Akwa Ibom.
Responsibilities / Summary of Functions
- Actively drive the sales of the company’s products by sourcing for profitable clients and hitting agreed targets
- Communicate with target audience(s) to build and develop client relationships
- Create awareness of and develop the company’s brand
- Provide advice to potential clients on purchasing products and services
Requirements/Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- OND/HND/Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or any relevant discipline
Abilities:
- Good communication skills
- Meeting sales goals
- Result oriented
- Good team spirit.
Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Locations: Victoria Island (Lagos), Ikeja (Lagos), Port Harcourt-Rivers, Onitsha-Anambra, Uyo-Akwa Ibom
Responsibilities/Summary of Functions
- Work with team members to actively drive sales of the company’s products by ensuring profitable clients are sourced after, in order to hit agreed targets
- Work on hitting assigned targets monthly and ensuring that team members achieve their individual targets as well
- Develop strategies for team to reach target audiences, in order to build and develop client relationships
- Provide guidance, support and assistance where necessary in helping team members achieve their targets
- Participate in the planning, preparation and delivery of presentations for clients when necessary
- Preparation of weekly performance reports for review meetings
- Work with team members to create awareness of and develop the company’s brand
Requirements/Qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Finance, Marketing or related discipline
