Job Title: Chief Accountant

Location: Lagos

Qualification Required

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting, and / or an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian (ICAN).

Requirements:

• Applicant must have verifiable work experience with a minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry as an accountant
• Applicant must have domain knowledge and expertise In financial management
• Applicant must have good knowledge of tax processing with the relevant authorities
• Applicant must be well versed in cost ad budget analysis
• Applicant must possess the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under pressure whilst maintain professionalism and composure.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Managing a property team
• Liaising with both tenants and landlords
• Visiting properties and carrying out inspections
• Supervising, controlling, and planning the day-to-day activities involved with management of property
• Ensuring that properties are properly maintained
• Set and enforce occupancy poll des and regulations necessary to maintain order within property premises

Qualifications Required

• HND / B.Sc in Building related discipline
• Membership of professional bodies will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Applicant must have experience managing a property team
• Applicant must be mature, organized and able to lead.

Job Title: Female Senior Sales / Marketing Manager

Requirements
