Requirements

• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to identify the factors that drive financial performance
• A passion for Business Modeling; highly motivated, numerate and a logical thinker are all key to the role
• Availability for up to 60% of travel for client projects when necessary
• Design, maintain and continuously develop end-to-end existing and new processes following internal guidelines and conventions
• Cooperate with various departments and Subject Matters Experts across the organization to facilitate documentation of the bank’s processes
• Actively plan and organize requested resources to meet deadline
• Provide support for creation and maintenance of workplace instructions on request of Product and Process Owners
• Assesses the business processes with the goal of identifying potential gaps and overlaps
• Proactively point out on possible optimization of the operation
