Job Title: Business Analyst / Customer Engagement

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are recruiting to fill a position of a Business Analyst/Customer engagement who will act as an intermediary between business, customer experience, and technology teams.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suites
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study

Responsibilities

  • Work with external customers to ensure technology service delivery and issue resolution
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
