Role Description
- From time to time, you will be developing websites, highly dynamic portals and applications for our projects. MCF is a growing firm and hence, we are looking for candidates that are ready to grow with us by learning new skills (e.g UI/UX designs, SEO, AI, etc) and executing projects that cut across many industries. Therefore, we are willing to invest in you by enrolling you for courses in order to learn a vast array of in-demand skills. You are a fresher who just graduated not longer than two years ago and have basic web design skills but you are willing to acquire on-the-job practical experience and even learn new highly demanded digital skills
Qualification
- OND, HND or BSC in any course that can be classified under STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
Job Requirements:
- Must be vast in programming languages such as PHP, ASP, etc
- Minimum of 1-year experience building websites and applications
- Practical knowledge of SEO and fixing canonical errors is a special advantage
- Outstanding writing skills is a special advantage
- Must be capable of working remotely and participating in online meetings via Zoom and Skype

Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
Location: Oyo
Role Summary
- An ideal candidate for this role will be posting and engaging with our clients across all social media platforms including Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiltok, reddit, and Pinterest.
Job Description
- He/She will be responsible for daily posting and engaging with our audience across key social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Tiktok, Reddit and Pinterest. MCF will provide softwares to facilitate posting but human interaction with our potential clients is your primary responsibility.
- Your KPI will include the number of active interactions attended daily and number of quality leads generated daily and passed across to the appropriate team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: OND, HND or BSc in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-year demonstrable experience posting and engaging with people on social media platforms
- Practical knowledge of graphic designs is required
- Excellent writing skill is required.
- Ability to use softwares to create videos is required.
- Ability to work remotely from home, should the need arises, is required
- Practical knowledge of SEM and SEO is a special advantage.
