A reputable company in Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT / CCTV Engineer

Location: Ogijo, Ikorodu – Lagos
Reporting Line: HOD

Job Description

• The role provides critical support to the HOD and the company at large by providing the utmost technical services to the company.

Qualifications

• B.Sc, HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science and ICT.
• Demonstrable practical experience in electrical installation work, especially on CCTV and other security products like panic buttons and access control.

Requirements:

• Good English speaking skills, verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of HIK Vision products and familiar with Dahuo products
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a configuration and camera installation role
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated and accustomed to working with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, configure, and install analogue and digital CCTV systems.
• Maintain and upgrade existing analogue and digital CCTV systems as needed.
• Manage CCTV installation
• Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.
• Installation and maintenance of the alarm system, access control, panic buttons.
• Be familiar with network operating system
• Provide recommendations about accessing security and support
• Troubleshoot all technology issues
• Maintain log/list of required repairs and maintenance
• Ensure installation of lockout programs
• Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
