Job Overview
- White Soul Motors, a highly reputable transport company is looking to engage the services of a Security Officers to provide security services to our premises, assets and personnel.
- The successful candidates will be required to maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
- The security officer is the first point of contact to the organization and as such must exhibit top notch customer service.
Key Functions of the Role
- Provide excellent customer service
- Protect companyТs property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to visitors or staff in need
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Educational Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND
Experience:
- Proven experience as a security officer or guard
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Trained in First Aid and self-defense
- High School diploma is required
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Job Overview
- White Soul Motors, a highly reputable transport company is looking to engage the services of a Sales Executives to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy, turning leads and prospects into paid customers.
- The successful candidates will be required serve as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients – answering queries, offering product advice and introducing new products.
Key Functions of the Role
- Find prospects and leads
- Gain in-depth knowledge and insights about our products and services
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
- Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Identify buyer persona profiles
- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Educational Requirements
- Min of HND in Marketing or relevant field
Experience:
- Min of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Experience in аthe IT, transport/logistics industry is an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Contacts and network of high net worth individuals
- Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
- Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
