Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Lagos
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure good network of systems across the Bank’s platforms
- Manage internet services and other connectivity
- Manage hardware software maintenances and system updates
- Relate with ERP providers for seamless integrations
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in soft and hardware system maintenance
- Proficiency in all Microsoft programmes
- Ability to design basic coding and automation processes
Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Deliver on the Bank’s sales budget
- Coordinate sales and marketing experience
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals
- Deploy strategies that increase Bank’s risk assets and liability target
- Initiate customer retention strategies and behavior.
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a Microfinance Banking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Title: Internal Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Periodic and impromptu control checks
- Enforcement of compliance of the bank’s controls, policies, procedure, and regulations.
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 2 years work experience in a similar role
- Excellent Microsoft office application skills
- Fraud and Operational risk management experience.
Job Title: Digital Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote online sales and interactions
- Identify new trends and technologies in web-based marketing
- Ensuring smooth sales of loan product via the online platforms
Qualification and Experience
- A Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a Digital marketing officer
- Experience in Digital marketing in any financial institution
- Experience in use of digital applications & aggregators for online sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
