Job Summary
- The procurement officer will have relevant work experience in the field of procurement handling contract management, dispute resolution, managing interpersonal relationships and communication, and investigating/following up on vendor issues.
Job Description
- Oversee solicitation bids and quotes from vendors in adherence with policies and approved requisitions and procurement plans.
- Ensure pricing information is accurate and aligns with acquisition policies.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- Maintaining and updating supplier information, delivery times, qualifications, product ranges etc
- Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budget for purchase.
- Create and maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers and other important data.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Ensure integrity, fairness, accuracy, and openness in procurement processes.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- HND / BSc in a related field
- Must have 5-8 years experience in procurement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Survey and Cash purchases, creation of RFQ, comparative statement and P.O, Data entry in ERP etc.
- Experience should be from a Manufacturing company.

Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Logistic Supervisor who will supervise and see to the arrangement of warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipment.
- Also, supervises the daily operations of staff within and outside region and give supports when necessary.

- Prepare weekly reports on the activities ranging from project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements carried out in the warehouse.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience with a global logistics/Express company is desired,
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Van Delivery Driver
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are in need of exceptional and active individuals to join our team of Van Delivery Drivers providing services across Nigeria, in support of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- In charge of long-distance inter-state truck/Van deliveries within and outside Lagos
- In charge of uploading and offloading light cargos
- Ensure safety and security of the vehicle on and off the road
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
- Undertake preventive maintenance of the vehicle
- Detect and report malfunctioning of vehicles system
- Ensure vehicle documentation (Insurance, inspection etc.) are up to date
- Other tasks assigned by the management team.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience
- Male candidates preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience in logistics/transportation.
- Must have at least 1 year of proven experience as a delivery driver with a courier or logistics company
- Previous experience working in police, armed forces, or any security outfit is an advantage.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must reside in Lagos
- Must have a valid driving license
- Must have good health and eyesight.
- Good understanding of road and driving laws.
- Very familiar with the road conditions in Lagos and nationwide Nigeria,
- Good interpersonal relation skills and good teamwork;
- Previous experience in First aid and safety is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed
- Can adapt to work intensity.
