- Perform administrative/ secretarial duties
- Conduct research

- Represent the client when necessary
- Monitor all documentation
- Organize and update database effectively
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a PA
- Preferably female

Salary
NGN150,000.00 / Month
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Evaluate system’s safety reliability and performance
- Improve the electrical products and systems
- Installation of lifts
- Connect electrical wiring to control panel and electrical motors
- Install elevator doors, cables, motors and control system
- Repair and maintain lifts
- Test equipment and instruments
- Performs related work as required
Requirements and Skills
- In-depth knowledge on lift installation
- Proven expertise as an Electrical Engineer
- Must have experience in electrical work for lifts
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in an Engineering firm
- Organizational skills
- Available to work at Victoria Island Lagos.
Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job description
- Plan and Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage day-to-day operations of the CEO
- Conduct research
- Create initiatives
- Create reports, presentations and other documents
- Make travel arrangement when necessary
- Organize and update database effectively
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Salary
- N80,000.00 monthly
Job Title: Lounge and Restaurant Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Take initiative to improve the lounge and restaurant
- Develop marketing strategies for the lounge and restaurant
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage and oversee the lounge and restaurant operations
- Plan new and update existing menus
- Plan and develop the overall marketing strategy
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
- Initiate corrective actions
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in the hospitality industry

Salary
- N250,000 – 300,000 monthly
