Job Title: Sales / Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Process product orders.
- Taking phone calls from customers.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Dealing with and responding to emails.
- Deal with incoming customer enquiries and compile daily sales administration activities
- Process invoices for all sales transactions
- Attending to clients in the showroom and assisting in choice making
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Reporting weekly and monthly sales results to the management.
Skill Set
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills.
- An administrative or sales background.
- Must be detail-oriented.
