Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs
- The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units either physically or remotely
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields in retail and services
- Must be able to partner strategically with every team member to improve business processes and profitability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business
- Ability to work remotely and physically.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with the goals of the business.
