Skin Esthetique is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs
  • The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units either physically or remotely
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields in retail and services
  • Must be able to partner strategically with every team member to improve business processes and profitability.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business
  • Ability to work remotely and physically.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Manage budget to align with the goals of the business.
