Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Details
- We are a newly launched delivery company and currently sourcing for Delivery Managers in a few locations particularly in Lagos for now.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for organizing all deliveries to customers and liaising directly with the customer and company.
- Must be computer literate, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Working with excel sheets & mail mergers.
- Liaising with couriers on a daily basis checking our delivery and collection times
- Checking courier invoices weekly to ensure ok for payment with no discrepancies
- Upload tracking updates for thier location
- Responsible for all outgoing deliveries within the assigned location.
- Fulfillment centre deliveries.
- Print delivery labels off & checking all ok.
- Processing claims for product damages with the courier.
- Outbound calls checking contact information is correct
- Must meet time deadlines throughout the day among other assigned duties.
Requirement
- Minimum Qualification is OND / HND / BSc
