Experience Required
- Must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in the hospitality industry
- Within 35yrs – 40yrs (not gender specific).
Skills Needed:
- Detailed knowledge of the most current Hospitality software and a Clear understanding of the Competitive Market
- A resilient Team builder with high performance standard to grow the Organization
- Ensuring a Minimum of 70% Occupancy Monthly.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Good leadership skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Flexibility
- Tact and diplomacy
- Problem-solving skills
Duties
- Drive Marketing and sales (through a good understanding of Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing).
- Ensure Quality Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure high customer retention rate.
- Ensure 70% daily occupancy rate.
- Ensure 70% client Retention
- Build a good network of people and pull on the existing network to bring in more customers
