Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Disburse and maintain petty cash
- Update factory Inventory and assist in periodic stock taking
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Monthly bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Prepare payment vouchers and upload approved payment
- Maintain and record fixed assets
- Prepare and submit weekly bank and cash analysis
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Maintain records of cash and cheque received and ensure they are banked
Requirements
- HND / BSc in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role
Skills:
- Great organizational skill
- Great attention to detail
- Great numerical skill and highly analytical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Data entry skill
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Must live in Lekki Axis
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
Job Title: Junior Human Resource Officer
Location: Lekki
Job type: Full time
Descriptions
- Publish jobs on job boards
- Conduct assessments and interviews
- Onboard new employees
- Responsible for orienting new employees to the organization
- Answer all employee questions about HR regulations and benefits
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Researching, selecting and developing applicable job responsibilities/duties/roles for vacancy posts that relate to the food industry
- Prepare payroll by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role
- Proven experience with HR software
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Team work
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Must live in Lekki Axis
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / month
