Overview
- The Business Development Officer is responsible for increasing sales and profits for the company, finding new business opportunities and strategic business growth.
- You are responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to determine how customers are patronizing us and then develop a strategic plan to increase new and return purchases, or discontinue under-performing offerings.
Job Description
- Create and maintain a proactive relationship with our clients.
- Work proactively to determine and propose our marketing needs.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Drive brand awareness online through social media, and offline via daily door to door marketing activities.
- Maintain the customers and seller’s database to drive email marketing initiatives.
- Grow and meet the Net new names target of the company.
- Meet the monthly sales revenue target of the company.
- Vendor engagement and management.
- Work with the CEO in creating an overall Marketing Strategy for the business; creating presentations as well as writing proposals and customer engagement strategies.
- Responsible for staying informed on activities that are being performed on our accounts and ensure ALL important documentation/deliverables align with overall strategy.
- Prepare weekly reports and month-end overviews of our current activities, and monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future business development.
- Organize successful pop up shops and, online and offline events to drive sales.

Job Title: Content Creator
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Descriptions
- Reply DMs promptly at 10minutes mark
- Create a Bi-weekly quiz on Insta-story
- Post everyday on Instastory to build engagement.
- Create emails and send out Bi-weekly newsletters.
- Create paid webinar topics and content.
- Must sell 1 class a month with minimum of 100 attendees.
- 1 live video every week to drive engagement and build trust factor.
- Shoot 2 educational/inspirational/funny/ table shaking videos every month on the page to build following and drive engagement.
- Create 2 email freebies every month to drive new email subscribers every week.
- Post at least 1 major testimonial on the page every week.
- Ensure we get a minimum of 5 Ads monthly. 3 static posts and 2 videos.
- Sign up 2 ambassadorial influencing contracts annually.
- On a daily basis, drop 15 strategic and educational comments on pages with heavy following of women, wives and mothers.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Post daily on the Instagram page to drive customer retention
- Receive and make customer calls.
- Record documentation of all customer interactions with contact details.
- Reply all DM’s and email within a 10mins frame including weekends
- Support the sales team with daily sales
- Review outstanding payments
- Follow up with seller’s rejects
- Send bulk messages to potential sellers on Instagram
- Keep records of customers and seller’s testimonials.
- Create and post a style, motivation or humor post on Instagram/Website/Blog.
- Give daily operations feedback details to management.
- Participate and organize successful pop up shops for the sales of stock.
- Do any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role
Skills:
- Strong use of Excel
- Strong Use of Canva
- Strong use of Instagram
- Must be able to resolve and escalate customer complaints
- Must live in Lekki Axis.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / month.
