Job Title: Senior Tax Consultant

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • As part of the tax teem handling client’s portfolio, and assignments.
  • Handling compliance and consulting services to corporate arid Individual clients.
  • Identify complex tax issues and provide tax scrutiny for a variety of entitles end their affiliates.
  • Research and analyze wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax Implications of financing techniques for a variety of entities and their affiliates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting related field or Law
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a tax accounting or commercial accounting role with significant exposure to tax matters
  • Experience in the areas of tax compliance, liaising with the revenue authorities, goods and services tax or value added tax, and payroll taxes
  • Experience in tax consulting, preparation of advice and planning
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Professional, reliable, proactive and flexible.
  • CITN certification is mandatory

 

Job Title: Audit Senior

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate audit client engagements.
  • Provide support to engagement team members.
  • Responsible for the audit team in the area of supervising, motivating and developing the junior team members.
  • Review the work of junior.
  • Perform affective risk and control assessment.
  • Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
  • Complete audits on time and submit report, to auditing manager

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Accounting or relevant fields
  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Must have a clear understanding of audit process and appreciable knowledge of managing audit engagements.
  • Must be conversant with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Companies and Allied matters Act and other regulatory requirement.
  • Show knowledge end application of ISA & IFRS
  • 3 Years experience with a minimum of 2 years post qualification
  • Ability to develop effective client relationship.;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great sense of responsibility, accountability arid dependability.
  • Integrity and ethical standards.

 

Job Title: Assistant Audit Manager

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Audit & Assurance planning end the delivery of the audit plan to the client;
  • Day-to-day management of field teams, including reviewing work of staff members
  • Liaison with key client staff providing timely reporting and management Information;
  • Management of reporting requirements, including attendance at meetings;
  • Leading teams on challenging engagements, including transaction and project work;
  • Developing and mentoring more junior members of staff;

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in accounting or relevant field.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Previous experience, of working with ISA & IFRS reporting standards;
  • Experience In auditing clients from various sectors;
  • The ability to present client data in a clear and concise format;
  • 6 years’ experience with a minimum of4years post-qualification
  • Ability to develop effectively, client relationship.,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great sense of responsibility, accountability arid dependability.
  • Integrity and ethical standards.

 

Job Title: Audit Manager

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Organize, and oversee audit exercises In accordance with the annual audit schedule, -identify risks and managing them
  • Produce reports highlighting Issues and providing potential solutions
  • Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within team.
  • Ensure compliance, with external (regulatory) requirements
  • Involve in the tendering for new clients.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Accounting or relevant fields
  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Working knowledge of International Auditing Standards
  • Experience of leading, supervising and coaching members of staff
  • Delivering results and meeting client expectations
  • 8 years experience with a minimum of 5 years post qualification
  • Strong interpersonal end communication skills
  • Great sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability.
  • Integrity and ethical standards.

 

Job Title: Audit Associate

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers

Requirement

  • Must be a fresh graduate with 2.1.
