Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mowe, Ogun State

Job Description
- Forsee the overall plant equipment and utilities maintenance.
- Make and follow the PM maintenance schedules and maintain 100% compliance.
- Handle the breakdown maintenance of the food processing equipment.
- Maintain the spares inventory in the stores.
- Ensure Zero downtime due to shortage of spares.
- Maintain ROL and ROQ levels and make sure that there is no shortage of imported spares and consumables.
- Responsible of all equipment and layout related changes, and for new equipment installation and commissioning.
- Ensure the weighing and safety equipment adheres to statutory requirements.
- Ensure that the CLIT of the equipment is well maintained in coordination with production department, and take care and responsibility for the plant routine and specified repairs.
- Liaise with local fabricators and contractors to get the job done on time.
- Negotiate with the local vendors, contractors and fabricators, and make sure the job is done by the external contractors in the most cost-effective manner possible, while still maintaining high quality of work.
- Keep the Maintenance team highly motivated and plan and conduct training programs for them from time to time.
- Coordinate with the external stake holders overseas for overseas orders.
- Train and support Machine Operators to make the plant operations autonomous in the near future.
- Maintain Boilers, Compressors and DG, and take care of Mechanical as well as Electrical maintenance accordingly.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc / HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Higher qualifications and/or relevant certification in a related discipline will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years work experience in the relevant field – preferably the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
- PS: Candidates with experience in preventive maintenance and basic knowledge of optical sorters will be preferred.
Job Title: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Location: Mowe, Ogun

Job Descriptions
- Develop and ensure a safety culture in the Factory by setting up safety systems and procedures
- Build a team in the safety department and lead them with appropriately training them on safety standards.
- Responsible for all statuary requirements of the country in environmental health & safety.
- Develop and ensure the emergency preparedness plan, CTI, THA, Risk Assessments, PTW system etc.
- Make the system audit plans and ensure that safety system audits is done as per the plan and measure the compliance.
- Prepare and share safety reports with the Management regularly Ц on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for establishing food safety and product quality standards in the factory.
- Responsible for preparing Hygiene checklist and ensure the achievement of at least 85% hygiene score in the audits.
- Responsible for the factory certifications like HACCP, BRC and FSMA Organic etc.
- Maintain the quality documentation for the FG and AFI standards for the factory.
- Build a strong QA team under him and conduct trainings for them periodically.
- Respond to the customer complaints with proper CAPA and ensure timely and appropriate follow ups.
- Make sure that quality standards and process control parameters are followed in each step of the process.
- Ensure coordination and collaboration with the production team on the shop floor.
- Complete and share the customer questionnaires timely and appropriately.
- Keep the team very motivated and ensure proper and adequate refresher trainings on quality, health, safety and environment as per the training calendar.
Education / Experience & General Requirements
- BSc/HND in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or a related field. Higher qualifications and professional certification in a related discipline will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years work experience in the relevant field – preferably the FMCG / Manufacturing industry. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Mowe, Ogun
Industry / Sector: Food Processing / FMCG
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out routine audits of various departments (Factory sections, Accounts, Payroll, etc.)
- Conduct follow-up activities to confirm adherence to audit recommendations
- Conduct investigation of irregularities and other forms of non-compliance with policies and procedures
- Responsible for conducting stock audits to maintain internal control on stock management;
- Responsible for reviewing branch/up-country audits during procurement season.
- Responsible for reviewing management account postings to ensure that they are accurate and free of mis-statements.
Education / Experience / General Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting / Finance or any related field. Candidates who are Chartered Accountants (ACCA/ICAN) will have an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years in the Internal Audit function – preferably in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
Skills & Competence Requirements:
- Good Accounting background
- Candidate from food processing/manufacturing industry background preferred;
- Effective analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly across all sections of the staff;
- Analysis and Interpretation of results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
