Job Title: Cost Engineer Estimator

- Our client in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for a Cost Engineer/Estimator who will be accountable for complete estimating life‐cycle of some of our projects such as request for quotation (RFQ) to quote. He or she will also be responsible for sales, and will prepare, manage and file documents for our projects.
- The preferred candidates should be able to analyse the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved to launch such a project. Ultimately, the role involves coordination, directing and lead estimating efforts to ensure optimum costing and coordination of projects and programs to ensure the Company meets customer expectations and manufacturing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
- Determine project scope, define requirements, works with other Streams to coordinate production, meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.
- Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analysing standards, programs, and reports.
- Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures.
- Provide financial reporting, trending data.
- Perform data analysis and development.
- Develop and/or revise manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Project Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Cost Engineer/Estimator or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel

Job Title: Change Manager

Job Description
- Our client is looking for a Change Manager who will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance
- He or she will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
- The preferred candidate would be expected to influence the increase of benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Support and engage senior leaders.
- Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.

Requirements

- Membership with the Association of Change Management Professionals or related professional bodies.
Job Title: Electronic Document Control Officer
Location: Nigeria
Description
- Can you wear the shoes? Our client in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for an Electronic Document Controller to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects.
- He or she will be involved in typing proposals/contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors.
- Ultimately, you’ll support our procedures by maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Responsibilities
- Train employees on how to use and access the documents.
- Create systems to manage company documents.
- Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed.
- Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.
- Ensure that all documents are up to date
- Develop procedures so that they are standardized.
- Communicate and collaborate with project managers.
- Follow company procedures.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labour and corporate law
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Considerable experience in managing quality documentation functions in a ISO certified environment and in-depth knowledge of quality management operations will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in the use of web-based tools, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and proficiency in leading teams across fast-paced work settings is required.
