- We are looking for an ‘Executive Assistant’ to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the CEO in the overall strategic leadership, management and smooth operations/execution of business initiatives and activities.
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, possessing great planning and time management skills. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Design. Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Conducts research on prospective business opportunities and evaluates current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.
- Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with business prospects.
- Administratively supports the HR team (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks).
Requirements
- A first-degree holder in Administration or Social Sciences or other related fields
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Good IT Skills with excellent MS Office proficiency (extremely key)
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack, Google Docs, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Desirable Skills:
- Experienced Administrator/Manager.
- Working unsupervised and self-motivated
- Must be teachable and willing to learn new skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Thorough and pays attention to details

Job Title: Finance / Admin Manager
Location: Abuja
Details
- We are seeking to strengthen her management team with the recruitment of a Finance & Admin Manager.
- The successful candidate will possess exceptional planning and organizational skills, relevant experience in budgeting, margin analysis and managing a team.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Budgeting and Financial Forecast:
- Oversee the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, Business Financial Plan and Analytics.
- Assist with validating Business Cases, Investment Proposals and or feasibility studies for business initiatives that the company is interested in pursuing
- Develop plans, budgets, forecasts and financial results to guide management decisions by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Liquidity & Treasury Management:
- Ensure optimal liquidity is available to deliver a business plan.
- Ensure optimal maximization of the company’s working capital/cash-flow
- Negotiate/arrange optimal external financing, if and when necessary.
- Closely manage the Company’s bank accounts and ensure regular reconciliations of all bank accounts.
Human Resource Management:
- Drive the formulation and implementation of an effective Performance Management System
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Finance related field.
- Certified Accountant ACA/ ACCA/ CFA in view
- Minimum of 4-5 years of financial experience
- Strong budget and management skills, including proven ability to manage project/process.
- A high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.
- Strong oral, written interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong People skills – Building Collaborative Relationships, highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
