Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Creating marketing content for the company’s products/services and distributing it effectively.

• Increase the clientele base of the company by advertising the services offline and online
• Provide innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize lead generation that impacts all stages of the customer journey
• Ability to close sales via cold calls and cold emails

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Management or similar fields
• At least 2 years marketing experience in facility management, real estate or related industry
• Excellent written and communication skills
