Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a high caliber and professional individual with a relevant experience from FMCG and required professional certification:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising the mechanical and production operations
- Ensuring full feasibility analyses (technical and business assessment) are conducted to include all aspects of the project (not just cost)andthe development of contingency plans
- Define project tasks and resource requirements with the project team and resource management.
- Plan, direct, coordinate the production phase and achieving contract deliverables and outcomes within fundamental parameters of time, quality and cost
- on time, to agreed standards and on budget ensuring that Continuous Improvement is embedded every time
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining realistic project and quality plans, providing regular and accurate project reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Regular meetings with the contractor
- Formulates reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling
- Ensure that contractual deliverables are produced and issued on time and in compliance with the requirements
- Monitor adherence to the procedures described in the project management manual
- Ensure full coordination and effective implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental processes and protocols.
- Ensure project risks are assessed, managed and mitigated as part of the project plan.
- Review risks and changes in risk status as part of routine progress reporting.
- Project progress reporting both in written reports and presentations at all levels within the organisation
- Provide leadership and support to the project team to ensure project meets specification
- Oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
- Responsible for the delivery of all agreed manufacturing projects
- Network effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within the project
- Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
- Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Project progress reporting both in written reports and presentations at all levels within the organisation – both in Europe and internationally.
- Change management & change control including the escalation of change issues that impact on the project fundamentals of time, cost, quality and scope.
- Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility
- Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
- Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE II certification
- 5years+ Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience FMCG project manager
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Understanding of ERP implementation.
- Budget management experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
