Job Title: Real Estate Marketer
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Market the company products & Services
- Develop networks and liaise with other personnel involved in Real Estate i.e. Consultants, Agents and Prospectors etc.
- Carrying out inspections
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND/OND in Marketing, Estate Management (with experience in real estate), Graduate of Law, with Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate must be young, vibrant with good oral & written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, driven attitude, sales-driven, results-driven, target-driven attitude and strong social media skills
