Job Title: Sales Personnel

Location: Jabi, Abuja

Job Description

• You will be responsible for executing sales in the retail store, developing and maintaining a positive customer relationship and achieving sales targets. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our team.
• The individual is expected to be honest, proactive and should prioritize customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Personnel.
• Should not be more than 27 years old.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, proactive, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Inter-personal relationships and persuasive skills.
• You will report to the Supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
• Implement client referral strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with other team members.
• Supply the supervisor with reports on customer needs, problems and interests.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
