Caverton Helicopters Limited was established in September 2002 as a charter, shuttle and maintenance company. It was initially set up to bridge the gap in the onshore helicopter service sector. Since then, Caverton Helicopters has made strides into the offshore support (oil and gas) industry by providing logistics support to the major players.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: S92 Type Rated (B1.3 / A & C) Engineer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Licensed Aircraft Engineer
- Hold valid and current NCAA, EASA or equivalent license.
- Approximately 3+ year’s certification experience and type rated on S92.
- S92 Line and Base Maintenance experience.
- Additional type rating on any of the following aircraft would be an advantage S76C series / AW139 / AS350B2 / Bell 412EP / Bell 407GXP
- Current knowledge of NCAA regulations would be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
- The candidate must meet the qualifications indicated above.
Job Title: S92 Type Engineer
Location: Lagos
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years Aeronautical Engineering experience with growing responsibilities into leadership role
- Extensive knowledge and experience with aircraft type
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Current knowledge of NCAA regulations would be an advantage.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers.
- A good understanding of Safety and management systems
Job Title: Captain (S92 Type Rated)
Location: Lagos
Aircraft Commander Qualifications
- Licence – ATPL(H)
- Type rating on contract aircraft – Current
- Instrument rating on contract aircraft – Current
Experience not less than:
- Total hours: 3,000
- Total hours in command – 1,500
- Total hours in command – multi – 1,200
- Total hours in turbine powered aircraft – 500
- Total hours in command on contract type – 100
- Total Hours Previous 90 days – 10 hours in aircraft category & class or non-revenue check ride
- Recency Check – After 45 or more days absence from flying
- Medical Certificate appropriate for License – Current for all
- Experience in the Topographical area and in the Type of Operations Specified – One year experience in areas similar to that specified in the contract (e.g. Arctic, offshore, mountain, desert, jungle or international operations)
- Accident & Violation Record – 2 Years Accident Free for Human Error Causes & Violation Free
- Age Limit – less than 65 years old for all pilots.
