- 3-5 years proven work experience
- Demonstrated work experience with HR Metrics and results driven.
- Indepth knowledg of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
- Strategic planning and leadership skills.
