The Role
- As a fundamental member of the Marketing Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta in Africa.
- This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Capitalize on our market leadership to find opportunities for increased bookings
- Analyze the current status of bookings of the different services in the market and tackling as many hurdles and bottlenecks as possible.
- Create an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
- Work closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
- Develop and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Forecast, measure and report results on various projects with partners, including co-created and / or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and / or event partnerships.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Plan marketing activation campaigns that would move the bookings needle for a certain segment or product
- Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
- Manage external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing whether digital marketing, product marketing or trade marketing.
- Full understanding of the product and provider and consumer life-cycle
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Local content experience in Nigeria and African countries.

- Identify and establish new business.

- Persuasively present products to health-care staff including doctors and nurses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Pharmacy, Science or Medicine preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical sales role, preferably working with Doctors.
- A commitment to continually meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills coupled with the ability to work on a team and independently.

Responsibilities
- Create and develop best-in-class employee experiences.
- Work hand to hand with Central People team to develop and execute people strategies in order to build Africa’s teams and create processes from scratch.
- Work in synergy with the Kenyan and Nigerian team, VP Africa and local leadership team.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
- Execute effective hiring.
- Be an ambassador of the HR scene in Africa.
- Implementing policies and processes in line with Vezeeta Global but also in line with local requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and preferably Master’s degree in a relevant file
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist
- Exceptional written and spoken English language skills
- Up to date knowledge of Nigeria labor law (any additional regional exposure a plus)
- Superb communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Exposure to building best-in-class HR department in a SME or start up environment
- Healthcare experience a plus
