We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We’re seeking a qualified sales manager to lead the Sales team in Nigeria and help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on in this market in which we are already positioned.
  • The sales manager will have a strong understanding of the sales process and the fragrance product, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong soft skills and a considerable knowledge of the Nigerian fragrance market.
  • Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales manager be personable and professional.
  • Build, manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the Nigerian sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target too.
  • We currently don’t have a proper sales team so we are intended to hire a Sales Manager that can build us one.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully implementation of our globally tested and successful sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Represent Chemarome as a company and its culture and values in the broad Nigerian fragrance market.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully implementation of our globally tested and successful sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Build and cultivate strong, long-term customer-partner relationships by understanding their needs and educating them in our culture and products.
  • Help us to implement control of our sales activities in the African region by being very strict and respectful in the implementation of our international systems and standards.
  • We have a way of doing things, and we want to homogenize all our companies worldwide in said systems and standards with the objective of functioning as a whole and not as individual disconnected units.
