Job Title: Audit and Compliance Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Determine compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking them.
  • Mastermind compliance policies and protocols on behalf of the organization.
  • Proactively auditing processes, practices and documents.
  • Perform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
  • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 – 7 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role / Responsibilities

  • To oversee the information technology needs of the organization including supervising subordinates, coordinating software implementation and upgrades.
  • Keep up with and continually acquire new programming, technical and software skills on pace with the emergence of new technologies.
  • Assign and review the work of the IT team and coordinate the company’s technological and information systems.
  • Oversee programming, network, Internet, hardware and software considerations and supervise IT and project subordinate on tasks.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, request and service issues in a timely manner.
  • Producing and maintaining web applications to meet customer requirements
  • Documenting technical design and code.
  • Full-stack software design and implementation.
  • Use of various software development tools for Issue Tracking, Configuration control and software development and unit testing.
  • Work with development teams and product managers to create software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
  • Write effective APIs.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
  • Create security and data protection settings.
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 – 10 years work experience.
