Job Title: Agent Acquisition Manager (Branch-less Banking)

Job Summary
- Responsible for delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network.
- Hands-on supervision of a field officer and operational support team across various region, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets defined for each period.
- Drive volumes through a channel, relationship building, monitoring and evaluating results to devise strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, Recruit and bring in new Agents to our Platform from all over the Country.
- Perform new Agent acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and Social Media campaigns.
- Execution of Agent marketing promotions and new Agent marketing strategies.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
- Ensuring that the pending list of Agents waiting to join the Agent Program are communicated to efficiently and that their applications are dealt with in a timely manner
- Track and maintain the flow of new Agent signups to our platform.
- Ensuring all Agents have been contacted and/or followed up with.
- Ensure performance are at the optimal and targets are met.
- Following up with old and existing Agents and attend to their needs and issues.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
- Get Agents excited and engaged about our products while also continuously communicating with them.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
- Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
- Ability to motivate a team, provide mentorship, and understand how to grow sales staff.
- To motivate the team and agents, and driving both to exceed set targets.
- Influence and work collaboratively with teams and other department
- Any other assigned duties given by HOD.
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder and related certificate
- Experience in sales and distribution Management
- Minimum 3 years proven working experience in a relevant role
- Good English written and verbal communication skill is a must.
- Analytic and data reporting skills.
- Good understanding about organization structure, standard operating procedure and work procedures is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, creative skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skill
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and maintain data.
Renumeration
- Below 200,000 + Attractive commission (Negotiable based on proven experience)
Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Duration: 6 month (Renewable) Contract
Job Descriptions
- The focus of this role will be administering our virtual infrastructure and other low-level aspects of automation systems, second level tech support.
- Ability to innovate, to develop new scripts and automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between software developers, IT professionals and Operation Support Professional for issues resolutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, provision, troubleshoot virtual machines (VMs) and associated platforms for various transacting systems.
- Monitor resource capacity and condition for various types of applications and systems.
- Identify opportunities to develop automation that improves efficiency in infrastructure workflows.
- Investigate new technologies
- Design, develop and maintain scripting and other automation tools.
- Prioritize a variety of tasks, ensuring customers are informed of the status of their requests
- Employing infrastructure-as-code techniques is crucial.
- Having some programming experience can be advantageous.
- Requiring good communication skills.
