The Nigeria Online Youth Assembly (NOYA) is an initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development in collaboration with a private Technology company, Focus Group Limited in order to empower the Nigerian youth by disseminating timely information on career enhancing, training, job and employment placement opportunities via a unified platform.
Leveraging on the Public Private Partnership model approach of deepening private sector participation in Youth development, NOYA was conceived to connect the mass of Nigerian youth to opportunities In both government and private sector. NOYA is a aggregator site.

NOYA AND HOW TO APPLY FOR NIGERIA YOUTH INVESTMENT FUND (NYIF)
President Muhammadu Buhari led the Federal Executive Council approved the establishment of the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) to the tune of 75 billion naira for 3 years.
The Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) a ring fenced funding that will strictly cater to the investment needs of Nigerian youths between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
NYIF fund aims to reach 500,000 youth annually between 2020 and 2023. Each fund approval will range from N250, 000 to N50, 000,000, with a spread across group applications, individual applications, working capital loans set at 1 year and term loans set at 3 years with single digit interest rate of 5%.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has been directed to immediately commence the process of operationalization and possible legislation of the NYIF in collaboration with relevant MDAs.
