Job Requirements
- Strictly for OND holder
- 2-3 years work experience
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients in the company’s premises and answering the phone (or mails).
- Follow-up of customer experience.
- Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
- Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from clients.
- Receiving and dealing with customer claims.
- Respond to emails and provide spontaneous follow up on calls and emails
Salary Range
N30,000 – N35,000 / Month.
