Job Description

  • Must have prior experience of corporate sales.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.

Job Description

  • Coordinate independent sales executives.
  • Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business strategy.
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets.
  • Assist to train and evaluate the performance of the team.
  • Develop relationships with constructors/ project managers and end-customer

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales team
  • Monitor the progress of the team, ensure targets of sales team are met by identifying shortcomings and propose improvement.
  • Train and evaluate the performance of the team.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
