A foremost life insurance company is looking to recruit smart and aggressive marketers into its Lagos Office across the following market: Ikeja, Ilupeju and Aspamda.
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will market our product, with the aim of completing Esusu forms (Target Savings Plans) and ensuring efficient services are rendered to all customers in the designated Sales districts or sectors, through continuous fieldwork and in line with the Company’s sales policies.
Educational Requirements And Abilities
- An OND/NCE/HND/B.SC in any field is required
- Candidates should possess 2 years work experience.
- No experience in Marketing is needed as potential candidate will be put through on the job training
- Good Communication skills, both written and oral and networking ability
- Excellent Team Player
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Esusu product in the developed market areas
- Make effective marketing plans to meet the assigned targets
- Ensure Regular completion of new forms
- Identify new markets and recommend possible prospects
- Participate in mass-marketing with other team members
- Follow-up on after-sales issues with customers
- File details of all the transactions and send promptly to Supervisor
- Market new business opportunities which are designed to achieve the needed targets
