Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintains logs for all products and supplies.
- Check the actual store inventory against computerized records.
- Receive store deliveries.
- Organize inventory in the stock room.
- Counts store inventory for official store records.
- Makes sure that the storeroom is clean and well organized.
- Assist in cleaning the store upon closing.
- Submits orders for replenishment of stock.
- Â Files all delivery and inventory receipts.
- Sort all products for damages and revert any damages spotted.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- National Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2- 3 years’ experience in retail or inventory.
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must have attention to details.
- Must be time effective.
- Must have strong organizations skill and a team player

Salary
N25,000 – N30,000 Monthly
Job Title: Production / Factory Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Set business goals, performance standards, and expectations through objective and result tracking.
- Manage all the departments in production and processes impacting departmental operations to ensure compliance with organization policies.
- Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate.
- Identify and communicate training needs to human resources for implementation
- Ensure effective administration of overall performance management, including performance reviews, for all employees within the span of control.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience production/factory related experience
- A University Degree or it’s equivalent.
- Training or relevant exposure in supervision skills, quality assurance system.
- Proficient leadership skill
- Proficient negotiation skill
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Create and administer content on all the company’s social platforms to build an audience and ensure customers’ engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Monitor site metrics, respond to customer’s comments and oversee creative designs.
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Follow up with online clients’ orders.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Daily reports of social media platform metrics.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A University degree or equivalent is required.
- 1-year experience as a social media marketer.
- Ability to deliver creative contents in text, image, and video
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skill
- Proficiency in visual creativity media contents.
- Good time management
- Hands-on experience in content management which includes videos and photo contents
- Proficient in online customer relationships.
- Proficient Reporting skills
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
