We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, Ajani and Kimberly Limited and internal/external clients.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments for the Director of supply chain and logistics, Ajani and Kimberly Limited.
  • Support the Director SC&L, to monitor all transactions at the client’s site, and ensure that the business is being run properly, complying with laid down procedures.
  • Ensure theft/fraud is reduced to the barest minimum at the client’s site.
  • Record all daily transactions .
  • Report any fraudulent transactions detected.
  • Remind the Director SC&L of important tasks and deadlines
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Conducting research on behalf of Director SC&L.
  • Run Errands for the Executives when required.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess B.A, B.Sc qualification.
  • Candidates must have 3 – 5 years experience.
