We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Support Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Details

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues sent to support desk and follow problems through to resolution and avoid breaching SLA
  • Send periodic support report to customers
  • Attend and setup support meeting
  • Brainstorm and propose initiatives to improve support and customer experience
  • Manage the company social media accounts
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Prepare SLA documents with customer
  • Support contract management – renewal and follow-up
  • Ticket management

Requirements

  • Female
  • Minimum BSC Holder
  • Good digital marketing background
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service personnel
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
