We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst (Process Specialist)
Location: Lagos
Description
- Champion business process management and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure all operational/business process are clearly defined, authenticated and documented.
- Model and redesign business processes and operational workflow keeping track of where cost can be better optimized along with the workflow.
- Ensure projected cost savings on process improvement initiatives are tracked, captured, validated and efficiently applied in line with organizational objectives.
- Document desired organizational change and specific measures for the monitoring and management of change objectives.
- Organize and facilitate monthly corporate performance review meetings.
Requirement/ Qualifications
- A first degree in any management discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Six Sigma/Lean certification and project management certification is desirable
